3. Bookings
When making a booking you agree that:

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:
Standard guideline:
• More than 7 days before activity → Full refund
• 3–7 days → Partial refund possible
• Less than 72 hours → Non-refundable
• No show → No refund
Some experiences such as:
• Whale watching
• Adventure activities
• Private tours
• Accommodation
may have stricter cancellation policies.
Weather dependent activities may be rescheduled rather than refunded.
Refund processing time:
5–14 business days.
Transaction fees may be non-refundable.
6. Changes by Azores Group or Partners
We reserve the right to:
• Change itineraries due to weather
• Substitute providers when necessary
• Adjust schedules for safety reasons
• Cancel services due to force majeure
Force majeure includes:
• Weather conditions
• Natural events
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Safety risks
• Events beyond reasonable control

• Rescheduling
• Credit vouchers
• Partial refunds when applicable
7. Customer Responsibilities

Azores Group or partners may refuse participation if behaviour risks safety or disrupts operations.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Health & Safety
Customers must inform us of:

• Dietary restrictions (for packages)
Participation is at your own risk unless negligence is proven.
Adventure and outdoor activities carry inherent risks.
Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Accommodation Bookings
For accommodation arranged through Azores Group:
• Specific units may not always be guaranteed
• Equivalent alternatives may be provided
• Check-in rules must be respected
• Damage caused by guests is their responsibility
Security deposits may apply depending on the property.
11. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct:
• Pricing errors
• Availability errors
• Technical mistakes
If a pricing mistake occurs you will be offered:
• Correct pricing option
• Alternative service
• Full refund option
12. Intellectual Property

• Photos
