Natali Santos
Natali has been a certified instructor in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Kurunta by Yoga Alliance since 2018. From an early age, she believed in a holistic approach to life, which may have influenced her choice to study a global science like Oceanography. Even without fully realizing it at the time, her choices and values have always aligned with the path of Yoga since childhood. The practice of asanas entered her life timidly in 2003 after attending a lecture on how Yoga can help visually impaired individuals lead better lives, in an effort to assist her blind father. After a break, Natali returned to the practice, and iIn her quest for deeper knowledge, she traveled to India to study the roots of Yoga. It was during this process that Yin Yoga became the "apple of her eye" , a practice she considers an antidote to the madness of the world. Natali felt her "dharma" in instructing others along the path that only stillness can lead us to. Natali is the co-owner of Azores Yoga since October 2024 with her friend Catarina Rola.

Catarina Rola
Catarina Rola is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Registered Dietitian, and holistic wellness guide, devoted to creating spaces of deep transformation through ancient wisdom and mindful movement. With a lifelong journey in yoga since 2006 and international training in Hatha Yoga, Herbalism, and therapeutic bodywork, Catarina weaves together practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit. Her teachings invite you to reconnect with your essence, embrace self-care with love, and awaken the joy of simply being. Catarina is the co-owner of Azores Yoga since October 2024 with her friend Natali Santos.

Catarina Amaral
Catarina Amaral is borned and raised in the Azores, and the ocean has always been a central part of her life. After a decade working in the field of nutrition, she found joy and freedom again through surfing, and not long after, yoga became the space where she reconnected with herself on a deeper level. As a certified yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training (including Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Hatha), she guides practices that invite her students to slow down, listen to their body, and move from a place of presence and intuition. Whether on the mat or in the ocean, her intention is to support others in stepping out of their comfort zone and returning to themselves — with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
A transformative week—yoga, vegan food, and São Miguel’s beauty were unforgettable!
